GCA Athletic Updates/Schedule Changes

Our Varsity football team will make up our game from Friday against White Knoll on Wednesday, September 19th at 6:30 p.m. The game will be played at White Knoll. We were suppose to play at Spirit Communications Park but they cannot accommodate  on Wednesday. Our JV will still play at A.C. Flora on Thursday. Game time is 6 p.m.

JV Football Starts Year Off With Big Win at Saluda

The JV War Eagles started the year off with a 22-16 victory at Saluda. Robert Adams lead the way for the War Eagles offense with three rushing TDs, and Clayton Stewart caught a pair of two point conversions. GCA runs win streak to three

Varsity football improved to 4-4 on the season after a 60-34 victory at Camden Military Saturday. Bryce Fields completed 21-of-30 passes for 328 yards and five touchdowns. GCA’s varsity football team earned its second consecutive win Monday night with a 40-0 victory over Great Falls. The War Eagles have now won back-to-back games for the first time in school history. Calhoun County outlasts GCA

Gray varsity football fell to Calhoun County 43-26 Friday night despite the best efforts of Bryce Fields and the War Eagle offense. Football falls at Estill

Bryce Fields threw three touchdown passes and Erick Harris ran for a score, but it wasn’t enough as the GCA football fell to Estill 30-24 Friday. Fields connected on touchdown passes with Justin Mack, Austin King and brother Aydan Fields in the loss. The football team will be back in action Friday against Calhoun County.

Varsity Football routs Great Falls

Duncan Rivers rushed for 179 yards and three touchdowns to lead GCA to a 68-0 win over Great Falls Friday. The win was the biggest in school’s short history. Quarterback Bryce Fields added two touchdown passes, one to Justin Mack and another to Brandon Carroway, while also rushing for a touchdown. In the second half,
